What will Heaven be like?
What will the City of God which will reside on a new earth
under the shining stars of a new heaven be like?
It will be a place of peace and tranquility
where no more will be heard the noisesome
roar of man-made machines.
The voice of the meadowlark and bubbling
of the river of life will be easily heard at a
great distance.
The sound of the voices of Herald Angels
shall be heard as they sing with their
astonishing beautiful voices.
Oh City of Peace, how my heart does yearn
and long for the day when at last I will enter
into your gates.
Blessed are all who seek and pray for the
peace of the Eternal and Everlasting City of
God; Heavenly Jerusalem.
