A good way to begin each day is to begin with God.
It is far better than waiting until the end of the day and then having to beg God to undo the damage caused by doing things your own way.
Isa 40:
31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.

Anything that does not begin with God will proceed without His help.
Col 1:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

The answer to the problem of not having enough time in the morning to enter into the Fathers presence is to arise earlier.
Ben Franklin said, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise."
If you begin the day with God; no doubt you will end the day with many things for which to be thankful.
Phl 1:
6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform [it] until the day of Jesus Christ:

Arise each morning like the birds; singing praises to God.
Isa 60:
1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.
