God looks at the heart. For it is the heart that determines what a man shall be; good or evil.
If you can change the heart you change the man.
Any effort to change a man outwardly and not the heart changes nothing.
If you teach a man with an evil heart good manners, he will use the good manners to seduce
women.
If you educate a man with an evil heart, he will use his education to rob and steal.
Goodness, therefore, is not a product of our environment or of our circumstances but is the result
of having a good heart.
Jesus said to wash the inside of the cup and the whole cup will be made clean.
Therefore our ministry is to the heart of man.
If we can influence the heart we change the whole man.
