Labor not for the things that perish, but rather labor for things that endure
forever.
Earthly treasures are but for a season.
Heavenly treasures last forever.
Where a man's treasure is, so is his heart.
If a man's treasure is earthly then his heart will be filled with the works
of the flesh; immorality, uncleanness, licentiousness, anger, hatred et cetera.
If a man's treasure is in heaven then his heart will be filled with the works
of the Spirit; charity, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,
modesty, continency et cetera.
Remember, God looks at the heart and with the heart we can please or displease
Him.
