Scriptural references for:
Wait on the Lord
Et sic de similibus references:
Wait on the Lord and you shall mount up with wings like an eagle and soar to great spiritual heights like you never thought possible.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
The ways of The Lord are infinite, yet He desires to teach all things to anyone who takes time to listen to His Voice.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
As it is written all who believe on The Lord out of them shall flow rivers of living water, truth without end, wisdom infinite.
37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
Jesus said, "I am with you alway even unto the end of time."
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Ask and you shall receive.
Seek and you shall find.
Knock and it shall be opened to you.
For everyone who knocks the door is open, for everyone who asks receives, and everyone who seeks finds.
9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Behold I show you a mystery.
There was a great King and many desired to have audience with him.
As they waited in the antechamber they lost patience and left.
When the king came he asked where are they who asked for audience with me?
The very few who waited dined at the king's table.
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
